There is a polished exhibition sapphire display case back secured with 4 screws, and engraved with "EL PRIMERO – 100M - LIMITED EDITION," the edition number of 1969, and the reference number "03.2041.4052." It has round chronograph pushbuttons, and a stainless steel, fluted winding push/pull crown with the Zenith star logo. The 42mm diameter solid three-body case, curved lugs, and angled bezel are polished. The dial is silver with three overlapping tri-color guilloche subsidiary dials, applied faceted baton hour markers with luminous tips around a dark grey minute scale, and faceted luminous polished baton hands.
