This is a stainless steel Cartier Calibre de Cartier W7100037. It has an alligator leather strap with a stainless steel folding deployment buckle, and a scratch resistant sapphire crystal. It has an octagonal screw down winding crown set with a blue synthetic faceted spinel and protected by a screw down crown guard, and there is an exhibition sapphire display case back secured with 8 screws, and engraved "CALIBRE DE CARTIER – SWISS MADE – AUTOMATIC – STAINLESS STEEL – WATER RESISTANT." The 42mm diameter solid three-body case, downturned screwed lugs, and concave bezel, are brushed/polished. The dial has a silvered circular center and a textured radial guilloche reserve with applied faceted baton hour indices from 4 to 8 o'clock, and black Roman numerals from 9 to 3 o'clock, with a larger applied steel numeral at 12 o'clock. It has sword-shaped black oxidized steel hands with luminescent inserts, and a steel rimmed triple date arched aperture window at 3 o'clock. There is a steel rimmed steel running small seconds subsidiary dial at 6 o'clock, with a sunburst finish, black oxidized Arabic numerals every 10 seconds, and an outer railroad style second scale. It has a 48-hour power reserve at full wind, and it's water resistant to 30 meters/100 feet. The 14mm thick case, dial, and movement are all signed. This Cartier Calibre de Carter Diver W7100037 has a mechanical automatic self-winding Cartier Caliber 1904-PS MC movement. It's rhodium-plated, with circular graining on the main plate, and fausses cotes and Cotes de Geneve embellishment. It's constructed with 27 jewels, twin spring barrels, a shock absorber device, and a straight-line lever escapement. It includes a monometallic screw balance, a self-compensating flat balance spring, and the mechanism oscillates at a frequency of 28,800 vph (4 Hz). The Cartier Calibre de Carter Diver W7100037 was introduced at he SIHH exhibition in 2010.
