This is a mid-1950s 18K yellow gold Vacheron Constantin Vintage Manual Wind. It has an alligator leather strap with a matching 18K yellow gold tang buckle. It has a snap-on case back. The dial is silver with gold applied hour markers, baton indexes, gold baton hands. The manual winding Vacheron Caliber P454/58 full bridge movement is decorated with Geneva stripes. It's constructed with 17 jewels, a cut bimetallic balance adjusted for temperature, a swan neck index regulator, and a self-compensating Breguet balance spring.
