This is a stainless steel IWC Portofino 3513-19. It has an alligator leather strap with an IWC stainless steel tang buckle, and a domed scratch resistant sapphire crystal. There is a solid polished case back secured with 4 screws; stamped on the inside is "IWC - Probus Scafusia - International Watch Co. - Swiss, 18K 750," hallmarks, and a serial number. The 34mm diameter solid two-body case, downturned lapidated lugs, and rounded bezel are polished. The dial is white with applied italicized gold Arabic numeral hour markers, dot hour indices, and a perimeter dot minute/seconds track. It has polished steel Dauphine hands, and a steel center sweep seconds hand. There is a gold-rimmed date aperture window at 3 o'clock, and it's water resistant to 30 meters/100 feet. It has a 40-hour power reserve at full wind, and the 8mm thick case, dial, and movement are all signed. This IWC Portofino 3513-19 has a mechanical automatic self-winding IWC caliber 37521 movement that's gilt brass, with oeil-de-perdrix embellishment. It's constructed with 21 jewels, an Incabloc shock absorber device, and a straight-line lever escapement. It includes a Glucydor monometallic balance that's adjusted to 5 positions, and a self-compensating flat balance spring. It has a micrometer regulator, and a hacking seconds mechanism for precision time setting. The IWC Portofino 3513-19 was introduced in 1984.
