There is a pull out winding crown and the outside solid snap down case back is engraved with "JAEGER-LECOULTRE – REVERSO – 3 BAR – SWISS MADE," and the JLC 1000-hour master control stamp with a serial number. The 23mm by 38mm rectangular tonneau art deco-style solid case, straight lugs, and rounded striated bezel, are polished/brushed. The main dial is silver sunray guilloche with painted black Breguet Arabic numeral hour markers around a rectangular black minute scale oustside of a plain reserve. It has blued sword hands. The hinged Reverse case has a black sunray guilloche dial with a steel-ringed time circle that has only two applied steel Arabic numerals at the half-hours, and there are steel sunray hour indices. It's set with 32 fine white diamonds in bands at 6 and 12 o'clock. The back-to-back dials and two sets of hands turn in opposite directions, driven by the single movement. The inside case is engine turned, and it's water resistant to 30 meters/100 feet. It has a 35-hour power reserve at full winding, and the 9.5mm thick case, dial, and movement are all signed. This Jaeger-LeCoultre Lady's Reverso Duetto 256.8.75 has a mechanical manual winding Jaeger-LeCoultre caliber 849 movement. It's rhodium plated with fausses cotes and Cotes de Geneve embellishment, and it's constructed with 19 jewels, 123 components, a shock absorber device, and a straight-line lever escapement. It includes a monometallic balance, a self-compensating flat balance spring, and an index regulator. The mechanism oscillates at a frequency of 21,600 vph (3 Hz).
