This is a stainless steel Jaeger-LeCoultre Gran'Sport Duoface Q294.81.02. It has a composite rubber strap with a stainless Steel double deployment clasp, and scratch resistant sapphire crystals on both faces. It has a screw down winding crown, a corrector on the left-side case band at 10 o'clock that adjusts the date, and there is a rectangular push button on the right-side case band at 2 o'clock that independently adjusts the GMT 2nd 24-hour time-zone. It has a solid case back engraved with "JAEGER-LECOULTRE – REVERSO," and the 28mm by 43mm (including lugs) solid five-body tonneau art deco-style case, straight lugs, and flat reeded bezel, are polished/brushed. The Front face has a black Guilloche waffle pattern inner rectangle with luminous white Arabic numerals on a plain outer reserve, around a white luminous rectangular minute scale with red accents at the quarter hours. It has luminous steel pointed alpha hands, and a date aperture window between 4 and 5 o'clock. There is a recessed black GMT 24-hour hemispherical subsidiary dial between 10 and 12 o'clock with white luminous markers, Arabic numerals, and a luminous white propeller-style indicator hand with red tips. It includes a recessed round guilloche running small seconds dial at 6 o'clock with white markers and Arabic numerals, and a luminous white propeller-style indicator with a red tip. The reverse face is vertically striped silver guilloche with a black ring time dial with a guilloche center, and luminous white Arabic numerals at the quarter hours, and white luminous dart hour indices. It has steel alpha sword hands with luminous inserts, and at the 6 o'clock position is a black ringed GMT 24-hour second time zone subsidiary dial with white luminous markers and Arabic numerals, and a propeller-shaped luminous indicator hand; there are twin black night and day apertures with white luminous letters on either side. It's Water Resistant to 5o meters/165 feet, there is a 45-hour power reserve at full winding, and the 11.5mm thick case, dial, and movement are all signed.

This Jaeger-LeCoultre Gran'Sport Duoface Q294.81.02 has a mechanical manual winding Jaeger-LeCoultre caliber 854 movement. It's copper-finished with fausses cotes embellishment, and it's constructed with 21 jewels, 180 components, a straight-line lever escapement, a monometallic balance that's adjusted to 5 positions, and a shock absorber device. It includes a self-compensating flat balance spring, and the mechanism oscillates at a frequency of 21,600 vph (3 Hz).
