This is an 18K yellow gold Cartier Tank Cintrée Collection Privee Limited Edition 2718. It has an alligator leather strap with an 18K yellow gold deployment buckle as well as an additional tang buckle, and a curved scratch resistant sapphire crystal. It has a screw down winding crown set with a cabochon sapphire, and a curved solid case back secured with 4 gold screws in the bands, and engraved with "CARTIER – MECHANIQUE – MADE IN FRANCE – 2718," an edition number, and 6 hallmarks. The 23mm by 46mm (including lugs) solid two-body curved rectangular case, screwed curved lugs, and flat curved bezel, are polished. The curved dial is matte silver with painted black "exploding" radial Arabic numerals, a railway style black inner minute track, and blued steel Breguet hands. It's water resistant to 30 meters/100 feet, and the 6.5mm thick case, dial, and movement are all signed. This Cartier Tank Cintrée Collection Privee Limited Edition 2718 has a mechanical automatic self-winding Cartier caliber 8780 MC movement. It's rhodium-plated, with the bridges decorated with the Cartier double C logo pattern. It's constructed with 19 jewels, a straight-line lever escapement, a monometallic balance, and a self-compensating flat balance spring. The mechanism oscillates at a frequency of 28,800 vph (4 Hz).
