It has a rubber coated stainless steel bracelet with a double folding push button deployant clasp, and a scratch resistant anti-reflective sapphire crystal. The black ceramic-edged unidirectional rotating bezel is engraved with 60-minute dive times, and there are square chronograph pushbuttons and a winding crown set with square black onyx cabochons. There is a solid screw-down case back secured with 8 screws. The 41.5mm diameter solid three-body case, hooded screwed lugs, and angled bezel are polished/brushed. The dial is black with luminescent Arabic numerals at the quarter hours, luminous diamond shaped steel hands, a center chronograph hand, luminous stick baton indexes, and an outer minute/second track. There is a date aperture window between 4 and 5 o'clock, and a subsidiary constant seconds dial at 9 o'clock. A 12-hour register is at 6 o'clock, and a 30-minute sub dial is at 3 o'clock. It's water resistant to 100 meters/330 feet, and the 14.6mm thick case, dial, and movement are all signed. This Cartier Pasha Seatimer Chronograph W31088U2 has a mechanical automatic self-winding ETA/Cartier caliber 8630 (Base ETA 7753) movement that's rhodium-plated with special Cartier embellishment. It's constructed with 37 jewels, a shock absorber mechanism, and a straight-line lever escapement. It includes a monometallic balance, a self-compensating flat balance spring, and a hacking seconds mechanism for precision time setting.
