This is a platinum A. Lange & Sohne Langematik SAX-O-MAT 301.025. It has an alligator leather strap with a platinum ALS tang buckle, and a scratch resistant sapphire crystal. The 37mm diameter solid three-body case, curved lugs, and rounded bezel are polished. The dial is solid silver with applied faceted baton markers and an oversize silver Arabic 12. The dauphine hands have luminous inserts, and it's water resistant to 30 meters/100 feet. The 8.3mm thick case, dial, and movement are all signed. This A. Lange & Sohne Langematik SAX-O-MAT 301.025 has a mechanical automatic Lange Caliber L 921.2 movement. It has a German silver 3/4 Glassutte plate, with fausses cotes embellishment. It's constructed with 36 jewels, a monometallic balance that's adjusted to 5 positions, and a straight-line lever escapement. It has a swan neck micrometer regulator, a shock absorber, the patented Lange self-compensating flat balance spring, and a 21K gold microrotor with a platinum segment. It includes a hand-engraved balance bridge. The movement, dial, and case are signed. The A. Lange & Sohne Langematik SAX-O-MAT 301.025 was made in the 2000s and has now been discontinued.
