29322 Vintage Rolex Daytona 6239 "Cosmograph Daytona", stainless steel on a stainless steel rivet bracelet, manual wind caliber 722 1, silver dial with black sub dials are in excellent condition and very clean, luminous material on the plots and hands appear to match perfectly and are original, dial reads "Rolex Cosmograph Daytona", screw down crown, steel tachymeter bezel, iconic "pump" chronograph pushers, acrylic crystal, 165XXX serial number (1967), diameter: 37mm, thickness: 13.5mm. This is a vintage c. 1967 stainless steel Rolex Daytona 6239. It has an integral stainless steel riveted Rolex bracelet and a domed acrylic crystal. It has a screw down winding crown, round "pump" chronograph pushers, and a solid screw down case back, inside of which is stamped "MONTRES ROLEX S.A. – GENEVA – SWITZERLAND – PATENTED – STAINLESS STEEL - 6239." The 37mm diameter solid three-body case, slightly curved lugs, bracelet, and flat angled bezel, are polished/brushed. There is a polished engraved graduated 60-minute bezel with a tachymeter to 200 UPH. The dial is silver with applied faceted steel baton hour markers, luminous dot indices, and a perimeter black minute/one-fifth second scale. It has steel baton hands with luminous inserts, and a center sweep chronograph seconds hand with an arrow pointer. There are three recessed black "pie tin" subsidiary dials, including a running small seconds register at 9 o'clock, the 12-hour totalizer at 6 o'clock, and there is a 30-minute chronograph dial at 3 o'clock. The 13.5mm thick case, dial, and movement are all signed.

This Rolex Daytona 6239 has a mechanical manual winding Rolex caliber 722-1 column wheel movement. It's rhodium-plated, and it's constructed with 17 jewels, an Incabloc shock absorber device, and a straight-line lever escapement. It includes a monometallic balance that's adjusted to 3 positions, a self-compensating free-sprung Breguet balance spring, and Microstella regulating screws.

The Ref. 6239 was introduced in 1961, and was produced until 1976.
