There is a pull out winding crown, a corrector on the left-side case band for the perpetual calendar, and it has a solid snap down case back, on the reverse of which is stamped "PATEK PHILIPPE – GENEVE – 3450," hallmarks and a serial number. Nearly unworn, the original case back sticker "WATER RESISTANT – AUTOMATIC," and the Calatrava emblem is on the back of the watch as if it just left the Patek Philippe dealer. The 38mm diameter solid three-body case, downturned lugs, and angled flat bezel, are polished/brushed. The original silver dial is absolutely perfect with no signs of wear or flaws. It has applied faceted gold baton/pyramid hour indices, gold Dauphine delta hands, and there is a round date aperture window between 3 and 4 o'clock. It has twin English day and month aperture windows underneath the 12 o'clock position, and there is a dual radial date/moon phase subsidiary dial with black Arabic numerals and a gold indicator hand at 6 o'clock. The moon phase disk with its sky chart is bright and vibrant, while the hallmarks on the case back and the lugs are as sharp as when it left the factory. It has a 38-hour power reserve at full winding, and the 11.5mm thick case, dial, and movement are all signed. This Patek Philippe Perpetual Calendar 3450 has a mechanical automatic self-winding Patek Philippe caliber 27-460 QB movement.
