This is a stainless steel IWC Ingenieur Automatic 3508. It has an integral stainless steel link bracelet with a folding deployment buckle, and a scratch resistant sapphire crystal. It is "One Of The Most Anti-Magnetic Watches Ever Produced," and "500,000 A/m" is engraved on the left side case. It has a screw down winding crown, and a solid screw down case back. The 34mm solid two-body case, flat bezel with 5 face screws, bracelet, and hinged lugs are satin/polished. The dial is white with yellow gold "boat-shaped baton hour markers with luminous pip indices around a black minute/second scale. It has pointed gold baton hands with luminous inserts, a gold center sweep seconds hand, and a gold-rimmed date aperture window is at the 3 o'clock position. It's water resistant to 120 meters/400 feet, it has a 42-hour power reserve at full winding, and the 9mm thick case, dial, and movement are all signed. This IWC Ingenieur Automatic 3508 has a mechanical an IWC caliber 35790 (base ETA 2892-A2) gold-finished lever movement. It's constructed with 21 jewels, an Incabloc anti-shock device, a straight-line lever escapement, and a monometallic Glucydur balance adjusted to 5 positions. It includes an experimental balance spring made of a Niomium-Zirconium alloy, rubies as ball bearings for the rotor, and a special anti-magnetic material for the pallet fork and roller. There is a hacking seconds device for precision time setting, and the mechanism oscillates at a frequency of 28,800 vph (4 Hz). The IWC Ingenieur Automatic 3508 is extremely rare, and was only produced between 1989 and 1992 in a number of examples under 1000.
