This is a stainless steel/ceramic Omega Seamaster Co-Axial Planet Ocean Liquid Metal 222.30.42.20.01.001. It has an integral stainless steel bracelet with a double folding deployment clasp, and scratch resistant sapphire crystal with anti-reflective coatings on both sides. It has a screw down winding crown with a partial guard, and there is a screw down helium release valve at 10 o'clock. It has a screw down solid case back with "SEAMASTER," and the Omega seahorse in the center medallion, and around the perimeter is engraved "PLANET OCEAN – LIQUIDMETAL TECHNOLGIES – WORLD PREMIER – CERAMIC (ZrO2)," and an edition number. The 42mm diameter solid three-body case, bracelet, hooded lugs, and black unidirectional knurled edge "liquid Metal" bezel with elapsed time Arabic numerals to 60, are polished/brushed. It has a glossy black ceramic dial with applied steel trapezoidal hour indices with luminous Super-LumiNova inserts around a luminous perimeter minute/second scale, and applied steel Arabic numerals at the quarter hours. There is a date aperture window at the 3 o'clock position, and it has steel "broad-arrow" hands with luminous inserts, and a steel center sweep second hand has a luminous arrow indicator with a red needle tip. It has a 48-hour power reserve at full winding, and it's water resistant to 600 meters/2000 feet. It includes a Certified Official Superlative Chronometer (COSC) rating, and the 14.5mm thick case, dial, and movement are all signed. This Omega Seamaster Co-Axial Planet Ocean Liquid Metal 222.30.42.20.01.001 has a mechanical automatic self-winding Omega caliber 2500 (base ETA 2892-A2) movement with a Co-Axial escapement. It's rhodium plated, with Cotes de Geneve and oeil-de-perdrix embellishment. It's constructed with 27 jewels, a free-sprung monometallic balance, and a shock absorber mechanism. It includes a self-compensating flat balance spring, and a hacking seconds device for precision time setting. The mechanism oscillates at a frequency of 25,200 vph (3.5 Hz). The Omega Seamaster Co-Axial Planet Ocean Liquid Metal 222.30.42.20.01.001 was produced in a limited series of 1948 examples in 2009-2010.
