This is a .950 platinum Patek Philippe Annual Calendar 5056 P 001. It includes an alligator leather strap with a platinum tang buckle and scratch resistant sapphire crystals. It has a signed screw down winding crown with correctors in the right-side case band for the calendar function at 2 and 4 o'clock, and there is are two more at 8 and 10 o'clock on the left side. There is a screw down exhibition sapphire display crystal case back. The 37mm diameter solid three-body case, curved lugs, and stepped convex bezel, are polished. The dial is slate gray with applied white gold Roman numerals with luminous inserts and luminous white gold feuille leaf hour and minute hands, including a white center sweep seconds hand. There are twin grey recessed subsidiary dials with white letters and gold indicator hands, including the day of the week at 9 o'clock, and the month at 3 o'clock. A subsidiary dial for the the moon phase and the aperture for the date are at 6 o'clock, while the fan-shaped power reserve indicator is at 12. The 11mm thick case, dial, and movement are all signed. This Patek Philippe Annual Calendar 5056 P 001 has a mechanical automatic self-winding Patek Philippe caliber 315 S IRM QA LU movement. It's rhodium-plated with Cotes de Geneve embellishment and the Patek Philippe seal. It has 37 jewels and a straight-line lever escapement, with the patented Patek Gyromax balance that compensates for cold, heat, isochronism, and is adjusted for 5 positions. There is a shock absorber, an 18K gold rotor with Cotes de Geneve circles and a Calatrava emblem, and a free-sprung flat balance spring. The mechanism oscillates at a frequency of 21,600 vph (3Hz).
