This is an 18K rose gold Patek Philippe Perpetual Calendar Chronograph 5270R-001. It has an alligator leather strap with a matching 18K rose gold deployant buckle. The solid two-body case, stepped concave bezel, and fluted lugs are polished. It has a sapphire crystal as well as a screw-down, sapphire display case back, an alternative snap on solid case back, and correctors in the band. The dial is satine silver with applied faceted, rose gold baton hour index markers and feuille hands, and a central chronograph hand. There are rectangular chronograph push buttons and a subsidiary seconds dial at 9 o'clock, with a moon phase and days of the month aperture at 6 o'clock. There is a 30-minute register at 3 o'clock, and a leap year indicator window between 4 and 5 o'clock. Included are an outer 1/5 seconds and tachymeter track, a minute track, and a day/night indicator between 7 and 8 o'clock. There is a 55 to 65-hour power reserve with the chronograph disengaged, and it's water resistant to 30 meters. The Patek Philippe manual winding caliber CH 29-535 movement is rhodium plated with fausses cotes embellishment. It's constructed with 33 jewels, 456 components, a shock absorber mechanism, and a Gyromax balance that's adjusted to heat, cold, isochronism, and 5 positions. It includes a self-compensating free-sprung Breguet balance spring, and a straight-line lever escapement. It oscillates a 28,800 vph (4 Hz), and the case, dial, and movement are all signed. The Patek Philippe moon phase display was first produced in 1927.
