This is a stainless steel Breguet Transatlantique Type XXII Flyback 3880ST/H2/3XV. It has a hand-stitched leather strap with a stainless steel deployant clasp, and a scratch resistant anti-reflective sapphire crystal. It has a solid screw down case back with a sapphire display porthole that shows the escapement, secured with 10 screws. There is a rotating uni-directional bezel engraved with black Arabic numerals to 60 minutes, and a white indicator arrow. The case band is coin-edged, and the flyback function restarts the chronograph with a single push of the button. The 44mm diameter solid three-body case, downturned lugs, and angled bezel are polished/brushed. The dial is black with applied luminous Arabic numeral hour markers with red shadows, luminous steel baton hands, an outer minute/second scale, and an outermost ring that measures 1/20th second increments with a large red hand that makes a full revolution every 30-seconds. Each of the three subsidiary dials is recessed: There is a 24-hour register with day/night differentiation at the 3 o'clock position, a GMT/2nd time zone sub dial is at 6 o'clock, a continuous small constant seconds register is at 9 o'clock, and there is a date aperture window at 6 o'clock inside the GMT dial. It's water resistant to 100 meters/330 feet, and it has a 45-hour power reserve at full wind. The 17.3mm thick case, dial, and movement are all signed. This Breguet Transatlantique Type XXII Flyback 3880ST/H2/3XV has a mechanical automatic winding Breguet Caliber 589F movement that's rhodium-plated. It's constructed with a high frequency silicon escapement, 27 jewels, a straight-line lever escapement, and a shock absorber mechanism. It has a monometallic balance that's adjusted for temperature and 5 positions, and a self-compensating Breguet balance spring. The mechanism oscillates at a 72,000 vph (10 Hz).
