It has the patented Panerai lever-activated crown allowing winding even underwater, and a screw down exhibition sapphire display case back engraved with "OFFICINE PANERAI – 100m – SUBMERSIBLE," hallmarks, a serial, and an edition number. The 42mm cushion-shaped solid three-body case, downturned lugs, and bezel, are satin/polished. It includes a unidirectional rotating coin-edged matte black ceramic bezel with white disc indices and a luminous pip to 60 minutes for measuring elapsed dive time. It has a matte black dial with skeletonized sword hands with Superluminova inserts, and there is a combination of luminous circles and baton hour indices. There is a date aperture window at the 3 o'clock position, and a recessed black subsidiary dial with luminous markers and "propeller-style" indicator hand is at 9 o'clock. It has a 3-day, 72-hour power reserve at full winding, it's water resistant to 300 meters/1000 feet, and the 14.5mm thick case, dial, and movement are all signed. This Panerai Luminor Submersible 3-Day Automatic PAM00682 has a mechanical automatic self winding Panerai caliber OP XXXIV movement. It's rhodium plated and it's constructed with 23 jewels, 200 components, twin spring barrels mounted in series, and an Incabloc anti-shock device. It includes a Glucydur balance, and the mechanism oscillates at a frequency of 28,800 vph (4 Hz).
