This is an 18K white gold Patek Philippe Perpetual Calendar Chronograph "Chin" 5270G-013. It has an alligator leather strap with a foldiny 18K white gold deployment buckle and scratch resistant sapphire crystals. It includes a signed pull-out winding crown, arched rectangular chronograph push buttons, and there is a corrector for the date function on the left-side case band at 10 o'clock. It includes a screw down exhibition sapphire display case back, and the 41mm diameter solid round three-body case, fluted vanguard "ear" lugs, and stepped flat angled bezel, are polished. The dial is silver with applied faceted white gold rectangular hour index markers and feuille leaf hands, with a blued center sweep chronograph seconds hand. There is an outer black 1/5 second chronograph scale and around the perimeter reserve is a black "Double Chin" tachymeter scale to 600 UIPH. There are three subsidiary dials with raised center circle tiers, black Arabic numerals, railway-style scales, and white gold feuille leaf indicator hands including a constant small running seconds register at 9 o'clock, a combination radial date and moon phase dial at 6 o'clock, and there is a 30-minute chronograph totalizer at the 3 o'clock position. There are twin day and month aperture windows underneath 12 o'clock and it has a small round leap year indicator window between 4 and 5 o'clock with another small circular night/day indicator between 7 and 8 o'clock. It has a 55-hour power reserve at full winding (65-hours with the chronograph disengaged) it's water resistant to 30 meters/100 feet, and the 13mm thick case, dial, and movement are all signed. This Patek Philippe Perpetual Calendar Chronograph 5270G-013 has a mechanical manual winding Patek Philippe caliber CH 29-535 column wheel chronograph movement that's rhodium plated with Cotes de Geneve embellishment. It's constructed with 33 jewels, 456 components, a shock absorber mechanism, and a Gyromax balance that's adjusted to heat, cold, isochronism, and 6 positions. It includes a self-compensating free-sprung Breguet balance spring, a straight-line lever escapement, and the mechanism oscillates at a frequency of 28,800 vph (4 Hz). The Patek Philippe Perpetual Calendar Chronograph 5270G-013 was introduced in 2013 and it was produced until 2015. It was Patek's first in-house perpetual calendar chronograph movement. This dial configuration is one of the rarest 5270 variants produced with the Double Chin tachymeter scale.
