It has a screw down signed Triplock winding crown with crown guards, and a solid screw down case back. The 40mm diameter solid monobloc case, bracelet, curved hooded lugs, and unidirectional knurled rotating black ceramic bezel with a 60-minute dive scale, are polished/brushed. The dial is black with circular, rectangular, and triangular (at 12 o’clock) luminous hour markers around a white perimeter minute/second scale. It includes luminous chromalite “Mercedes” style Rolex hour and minute hands, a center sweep second hand with a luminous “lollipop” circular indicator, and there is a date aperture window at 3 o’clock underneath a cyclops magnification lens. It has a 48-hour power reserve at full winding, it’s water resistant to 300 meters/1000 feet, and the 12.5mm thick case, dial, and movement are all signed. This Rolex 116610 Submariner Oyster Perpetual Date 116610LN has a mechanical automatic self-winding Rolex caliber 3135 movement that's rhodium plated with oeil-de-perdrix embellishment. It's constructed with 31 jewels and a shock absorber system. It includes a straight-line lever escapement, a monometallic balance adjusted to temperatures and 5 positions, a self-compensating free-sprung Breguet balance spring, and Microstella regulating screws. It includes a central hacking seconds device for precision time setting, and the movement oscillates at a frequency of 28,800 vph (4Hz).
